Our story begins with the woman who taught us what love truly means, our mom.
In 2020 she started getting mysterious symptoms that slowly became a daily battle: crushing headaches from someone’s laundry detergent, burning lungs from a passing stranger’s cologne, waves of nausea in a candle-lit restaurant, or weeks of exhaustion after a simple visit to a friend’s home. The world she once moved through so freely began to shrink around her. Places that once brought joy became minefields. Even the smallest kindnesses, a hug, a shared meal, a walk in the park...could leave her bedridden for days.
But the deepest ache wasn’t just the physical pain. It was the loneliness. The heartbreaking realization that dating and connecting with people felt impossible. We watched our vibrant, loving mother become more and more isolated, and our hearts broke right alongside hers. That pain became our purpose.
We created this website and community as an act of love, for Mom, and for every person who knows exactly what it feels like to long for connection while the world feels chemically hostile.
Our goal is to create a community where you don’t have to explain your condition to anyone. Where you don’t have to apologize for your symptoms or hide the precautions you take every single day. This space is built for people who already understand low-tox living in their bones. A place where shared values come first: clean air and thoughtful choices.
